A pre-approval letter will let you shop with confidence and sellers will know that you are a serious qualified buyer.

Home Search
Take time to tour homes with your. agent. We are available for any questions or concerns during this time.

Offer Accepted
Once you find a home you love and your offer is accepted we'll lock in your rate and we will go over the full cost breakdown.

Loan Processing
Your loan will go through appraisal and underwriting. We will provide regular updates on the status of your loan during this process.

Clear to Close
Your loan is approved and we are ready for closing day!

Closing Day
You will sign closing documents and get the keys. And if you ever need anything, we are only a text away.
